ANOTHER DAY
by THE SIGIT

"Raising the hairs on your neck in their outbursts during the outro"

SINGLE
RELEASED ON 2020

The SIGIT finally released their long awaited new song, "Another Day", seven years since the release of their last album, "Detourne". The first taste of their upcoming album was released at the end of July, giving us a glimpse into the promised land of their new material.

Back from what seemed like an eternity, a new song from them is definitely a highlight from this year so far, even more so when the song is as satisfactory as this one. Full of their trademark guitar licks washed over with slight of synthesizer sound that works in sync with pulsating drums and a punchy bass line. The well structured nature of the song allows this 'sinister' moods to work in harmony adding another dimension to the track the more you listen.

The addition of brass section lifts the intensity throughout, raising the hairs on your neck in their short outbursts during the outro. The ghost like backing vocals that float around the verse add depth to the overall sound that creates an interesting dynamic with the snappy drum machine in the chorus.

This new single is a must listen for any Insurgent Army anywhere. It's almost as if you can't blink while listening to this track, although that ultimately wouldn't even matter. What I'm saying is, this song doesn't miss a beat, so listen closely.
