Jakarta based indie pop group, Reality Club, have been cooking up some tunes this year. Reality Club's last appearance on Indie Accent was back in 2016 when we did a review for "Is It an Answer?".
Their latest single, "Elastic Hearts", still continues the trend for producing simple and easy listening songs. The song starts with a melancholy guitar melody which then expands into a comfortable harmonized sound of vocals, bass, and drums. The showcasing of Fathia Izzati's adorable vocals, solid drum-beats and guitar riffs, are a delight. The simplicity and effortlessness is what makes it appealing and captivating.
Young and energetic, they managed to bring great harmonies and explosive beats to this song. Reality Club hasn't announced when they will be dropping an album or EP, but based on their singles this year, it's definitely not going to disappoint once it comes out.
