ELEVEN

"It was largely inspired by witnessing The Strokes perform live"

SINGLE
RELEASED ON 2018

Brisbane indie-pop group, Last Dinosaurs, returned to the spotlight earlier this year with single, "Dominos". Last week they shared the second taste from the Australian favourite's upcoming third album, a song called, "Eleven". For those of you who think that this song was inspired by one of the "Stranger Thing" stars, nope you're wrong, front-man Sean Caskey says it was largely inspired by witnessing The Strokes perform live at Splendour In The Grass few years ago.
"Eleven" got that familiar sound we’ve come to know and love from the Brisbane group from their previous two records. Nothing to comment about this song in general, what makes me interested and hooked are the guitar solo part and the fact that i can listen to Sean's recognizable vocals once again.
