"Her angelic vocals make this track attractive and yet deeply personal"

PART OF NEXT THING ALBUM
RELEASED ON 2016

Greta Kline aka Frankie Cosmos is an American lo-fi indie pop projet. Kline is also the former bassist of Porches in which his boyfriend, Aaron Maine, is the frontman of the group. The daughter of Academy-Award winning actor Kevin Kline, started performing and recording independently under the alias Ingrid Superstar, she mainly released a number of lo-fi recording on her Bandcamp.
The track "Fool" in this video taken from her second studio album, Next Thing. Heartwarming acoustics wrapped in lo-fi production behind Greta’s angelic vocals make this track attractive and yet deeply personal at the same time. Greta's voice is a melancholy lullaby as she serenades her poem-ish lyrics.
The album consist of 15 songs with total length just 28 minutes in which Kevin Lozano of Pitchfork Media praised the album, stating, "Her greatest talent remains her ability to transform minute-long songs into experiences that resemble hours of intimate and impressionistic conversation."
