PARTNERS IN MOTION
by WILD NOTHING

"Evokes a modern ’80s feel, a retro sensibility"

PART OF INDIGO ALBUM
RELEASED ON 2018

Wild Nothing has announced a new album called "Indigo" and it’s out August 31 via Captured Tracks. The Jack Tatum's dream pop project also shared second taste from the album, "Partners in Motion". "Partners in Motion" is a slower, 80s inspired pop which evokes a modern ’80s feel, a retro sensibility which nothing new for Tatum.
Jack Tatum describes, “I wanted it to sound like a classic studio record, as close as I could get it there. It just boils down to me wanting to fit into some larger narrative, musically, in terms of these artists I love. “I think about how my music will age. Ideas of ‘timeless’ are going to be different — so if Indigo is not timeless then it’s at least ‘out of time.'
