PHARAOHS (FT. ROSES GABOR)
by SBTRKT

"A driving upbeat mix of genres and techniques"

PART OF SBTRKT ALBUM
RELEASED ON 2011

In 2011, the year which dubstep was in its glorious prime, UK Producer SBTRKT, released his self-titled debut album which you might call "post-dubstep". His approach is really interesting for me back then, especially in the track "Pharaohs". This one is a strong offering from this talented musician, a driving upbeat mix of genres and techniques. Vocals from Roses Gabor complete the disco kind of vibe that i totally dig. All i can say is, this track is dance-floor gold, there's no doubt that you've already heard this song before this post.
This album definitely has the most listenable collection of songs rather than his other album in my opinion. But he recently released his new project, SAVE YOURSELF which is his first release since 2014's "Wonder Where We Land" and you should check that out!
