"Feist picks up where she left off with "Pleasure""

PART OF PLEASURE ALBUM
RELEASED ON 2017

Feist have shared a new song called "Pleasure". Finally after six years, we arrive at the moment where we can listen to a new song by Canadian popster, Leslie Feist. This one is taken from her upcoming album which is named after the single. The follow-up to 2011's Metals is due out on April 28.
Feist picks up where she left off with "Pleasure". Bluesy guitar somehow reminds me of what she brought on in Metals. She described this song as "raw", explaining that the desire was to record the state "without guile or go-to's and to pin the songs down with conviction and our straight up human bodies." There are still beautiful melodies and infectious choruses, but it also seems like Feist has a lot to get off her chest after all this time.
Can't wait for her upcoming album "Pleasure" and to see where it is headed.
