Jakarta based group, Puff Punch, released their single, “Serotonin", back in January. It's unexpectedly catchy single and I'm instantly drawn in.
This song tells a story about a phase in teenage years that filled with uncertainty, heartbreak, and confusion. It’s a hazy melting pot of indie pop melodies, upbeat drums and joyful vocals. The composition provides a slightly dream pop sound over the beat that shuffles and sways in a quintessential indie pop pace.
It’s one of the most exciting release in early 2020 that should definitely be on your radar. This track can easily become a welcome addition to your easy-listening playlist.
