YOU, ME AND HER
by WORO & THE NIGHT OWLS

"Smooth vocals making for a mesmerizing listening experience"

SINGLE
RELEASED ON 2017

Let me introduce you to Indonesian exciting new act. WORO & The Night Owls is a solo music project of singer-songwriter, WORO (vocals, guitar, keyboards, synthesizer) together with her backup band Ditya (bass), Haris (drums). Portraying a blend of genres such as genre downtempo, soul, chill, ambient with a touch of trip hop. WORO & The Night Owls musical inspirations came from Zero 7, Sia, Corinne Bailey Rae, John Mayer, Bonobo, Tropics, and it visible from the music they served to the plate.
The song on the background is second single from Woro titled "You, Me, and Her". This hazy, late night downtempo vibe coupled with a finger picked guitar work and smooth vocals making for a mesmerizing listening experience.
According to the press release, You, Me and Her can be interpreted freely according to personal experience of each listeners, whether it is a love triangle story or love and hate relationship between couples. But it can also be interpreted as a picture of the intrigue of love life that is commonly experienced by many people at one point in life.
