Oh how i love accidentally finding a good song on the internet. I stumbled across this song while browsing through SoundCloud, and pretty much fell in love with it instantly.
The San-Fransisco based duo, No Vacation, have released a couple of singles and two EPs. And this one is taken from their "Summer Break Mixtape", a song called "Dream Girl". This song comes stacked with all the essentials for a lo-fi surf pop track. We're treated to an abundance of drifting guitar riffs, upbeat tempo and dreamy vocals. What i like about this song is how they can make this song simple and easy-listening with all the instruments involved. Now I get to binge-listen to No Vacation's two EP's Amo XO, Summer Break Mixtape and their newly released singles. Check out their Soundcloud page for more No Vacation!
