Throwback to last year's single from Mayer Hawthorne and Jake One in the name of Tuxedo, "Number One". I love how the songs from their self-titled debut album still relevant to me after all this time.
The track combines elements of old-school funk and disco. Everything about this track is spot on, from Hawthorne's charismatic vocals and groovy bassline to carefully assembled synth lines, making it a damn fine funky music production.
