THE THINGS I DO
by SMSR

"Many layers create a space-y foundation for the echoey vocals"

SINGLE
RELEASED ON 2020

SMSR's new single, "The Things I Do", has a nearly optimistic, hallucinogenic sound, and floating vocals that are still familiar with their previous works.

The strong start keeps its hold throughout the whole song as the keys and bass do an unending dance of intricacy. The many layers create a space-y foundation for the echoey vocals to drift atop. The percussion's energetic interpretation of psych and pop melded together provides a force field of energy for the listener to take in.

"The Things I Do" is the last single that will come out towards the release of SMSR's first album, "Egress" which is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
