"Brainless the Third, on a Cloudy Mission" is a song designed around its multiple levels of inspiration and it doesn't shy away from it for a split second. The strange intro with high-pitch trumpets starts it off with an immensely anticipative tension.

The song was created impulsively during one of their latest live performance through sheer expression and raw energy flowing for an intense few moments. The song isn't high stakes all the time, there are some breaks, from softer moments to actual rhythmic silences. It's no surprise that their new song leans toward the experimental side of psych-rock.

It’s less of perfecting and practicing but more of experiencing intangible feelings of a live show atmosphere & mood, a place to get lost in the arbitrary textures. This deconstructed composition is as refreshing as it is experimental in all its unassuming glory. -CF
