Jakarta based Alternative/Indie Rock group, Polkawars, is just named on Rolling Stone's 25 Indonesian's Best Album with their first album "Axis Mundi" "This Providence" has all of them alternative vibes that really few can make in Indonesia. There is'nt much that's as impressing to me as a band that can consistently deliver quality track like this. The buildup was beyond standard, and definitely gave very few hints about what was to come. Not only did they write and record the track themselves, but apparently Polka Wars also performed it really well, making them a threat in Indonesian music scene and ones to watch.
